At StudyBee, we aim to provide students with high-quality digital notes. Since our products are delivered in digital format (PDFs), we follow the refund and cancellation policy outlined below:

1. Digital Products

  • All notes sold on StudyBee are digital and delivered instantly after a successful payment.

  • As these are non-returnable digital goods, we do not accept cancellations or provide refunds once the product has been delivered.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:

  • Duplicate Payment – If you are accidentally charged more than once.

  • Failed Transaction – If your payment is deducted but you do not receive access to the notes.

  • Technical Error – If a system issue prevents delivery of your purchased notes.

3. Refund Process

  • To request a refund, please contact us at ojasgenius2@gmail.com with your payment details.

  • Once verified, approved refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days.

  • The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used during purchase.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

  • If the notes have been successfully delivered to your registered email or account.

  • If you provide incorrect details (e.g., wrong email ID) during checkout.

  • If the request does not fall under the refund eligibility criteria mentioned above.
