At StudyBee, we aim to provide students with high-quality digital notes. Since our products are delivered in digital format (PDFs), we follow the refund and cancellation policy outlined below:
1. Digital Products
All notes sold on StudyBee are digital and delivered instantly after a successful payment.
As these are non-returnable digital goods, we do not accept cancellations or provide refunds once the product has been delivered.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:
Duplicate Payment – If you are accidentally charged more than once.
Failed Transaction – If your payment is deducted but you do not receive access to the notes.
Technical Error – If a system issue prevents delivery of your purchased notes.
3. Refund Process

Once verified, approved refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days.
The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used during purchase.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
If the notes have been successfully delivered to your registered email or account.
If you provide incorrect details (e.g., wrong email ID) during checkout.
If the request does not fall under the refund eligibility criteria mentioned above.
